The food was great with a variety of dishes on the menu. the staff were accommodating and superbly friendly. - It had a perfect and exceptionally nice location near the restaurant, housekeeping, city center, and high mountains.

I got amazing value for my money at the Royal Courtyard. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was central and close to all amenities. The staff, especially Miss Mbali at reception and Noncebakazi during check-in, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

The hotel also offers safe parking under a large roof near the entrance of the room, providing noticeable security in the central courtyard. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. There were noisy people in the central courtyard during the afternoon and early evening, but the staff assured us that it was due to a conference.
